Jeff and Molly each have proven records of facilitating long-term business relationships with customers and other industry players throughout the credit union industry. Their deep market experience will complement and enhance LoanStreet’s innovative loan participation technology solution.
Jeff has over 25 years of experience working with credit unions, primarily focusing on assisting credit unions with loan participations. Prior to joining LoanStreet, Jeff worked at FJ Financial Group, a CUSO of First Jersey Credit Union, where he led their participation program. Jeff also co-founded Paragon Financial Group, one of the first businesses to assist credit unions in the development and implementation of loan participation strategies.
Molly has over 20 years of experience working in the financial services industry at both banks and credit unions. In her prior role at the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association, Molly developed a strong reputation for helping credit unions launch and maintain business lending programs among other areas of expertise. Molly also has extensive experience in the community banking industry, managing loan operations, credit analysis and loan review departments.
